Special projection with the director of “All About People”

On Monday (June 5, 2017) a Special projection of the winner of the 7. Philosophical Film Festival was held in the Cinematheque of Macedonia followed by a discussion with the director and scriptwriter of the film, Giorgi Abashishvili and Miriam Steen. The German-Georgian coproduction “All About People” won the “Golden Owl” Jury Award for Best Feature Film on PFF 2017 and the “Golden Owl” Audience Award for Best Feature Film on PFF 2017. Mr. Abashishvili and Ms. Steen came to Skopje from Germany especially for the event, meeting the public for discussion and having the chance to see the film together in the Cinematheque of Macedonia.

After the projection of the film, a representative of the festival’s jury – the Macedonian director Prof. Vladimir Blazevski handed out the Jury Award for Best Feature Film on PFF 2017 to Mr. Abashishvili, and the moderator of the evening – the selector of the festival Prof. Kiril Trajchev handed out the audience award. In the discussion that followed after the projection the public was curious to know a bit more about the idea behind the film, the way the film was realized, as well as the music following the film. At the end of the evening, a cocktail was held together with the guests and the public in the Cinematheque of Macedonia. The event was organized with the support of the Civica Mobilitas program, the German Embassy in Skopje and Best Western Hotel Turist.
